Return and Refund Policy
At NeckMassageDr™, we prioritize your satisfaction and peace of mind when shopping with us. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or you may change your mind. To this end, we have implemented a Return and Refund policy that respects both USA and EU laws.
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase as it will be required during the return process.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@neckmassagedr.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, we can only accept items sent back to us after a return request has been officially approved.

Addressing Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, we urge you to inspect your items immediately. If you find the item defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about whether your item can be returned, please get in touch.
For US customers, return labels will be provided. However, for customers outside the US, return shipping charges will be your responsibility.
Please note, we cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the most efficient service, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Do note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
